VBRi Disposes of a Further Retail Asset - M7 Real Estate

12th March 2012 – During Q1 2012, VBRi sold its interest in Town Square, Syston to Kullar Enterprises Ltd.

Town Square, Syston comprised 22 retail units totaling 16,847 sq.ft and at the time of sale was fully let with a WALT of 2.4 years and a passing rent of circa £190,000.

David Ebbrell the partner at M7 who managed the sale commented “This sale follows on from the disposal of two non-industrial assets, disposed of during Q4 2011, providing additional funds for Hudson Capital to reinvest into multi-let light industrial assets and for other value enhancement and improvement works to its retained assets”.
