Eastburn Estates acquires five further assets - M7 Real Estate

2nd March 2012 – Eastburn Estates, the second JV between Westbrook Partners and M7 Real Estate has acquired 5 further estates, including the Harwarden Business Park from a joint venture between Pochin Group and UK Land & Property.

The other assets that were acquired were Kimberley Business Park and Towers Business Park, both in Rugeley and both from the Pritchard Group, Colmeadow Road, Redditch from clients of Rockspring and Willesborough Court, Ashford from a private individual.

These acquisitions take Eastburns total investment (inclusive of debt) to approximately £50 million. Eastburn Estates now has a portfolio of 19 assets provide 1,600,000 sq ft of space in 284 units.
