It is a sector that is often neglected and considered inefficient due to small individual lot sizes as well as the management-intensive nature of the underlying assets. M7 specialises in aggregating numerous individual assets to form large and diverse portfolios with income levels and yields above market averages.
Our business is built on our value and income-oriented investment philosophy together with an active, hands-on asset management platform. Our pan-European platform combines in-house, on the ground real estate experience with market leading information and data management systems, which are integral to maximising value.
