M7 Real Estate lets 4,500 sq m of logistics space - M7 Real Estate

Frankfurt, 19 May 2017 – M7 Real Estate (M7) has advised the joint venture MStar Europe on the long-term letting of 4,555 sq m of warehouse and logistics space. The deals include two new lettings and a lease extension.

World Warenhandels GmbH has taken 1,580 sq m in Donatusstrasse127-129, Pulheim, and LGI Logistics Group International GmbH has signed a lease on 2,315 sq m of storage and logistics space at Hertzstrasse 4, in Herrenberg, Baden-Wurttemberg. In addition, Rath KG has extended its lease on 660 sq m of logistics space in Boden 23, in Hattersheim in the federal state of Hesse.

M7 Real Estate manages 78 properties in Germany, with a total floor area of more than 843,000 sq m and an investment value of circa 478 million Euro.
