M7 Real Estate lets to Airbus in Ottobrunn – property now fully let

Frankfurt, 24 May 2017 − M7 Real Estate (M7), the pan-European investor and asset manager that specialises in the regional, multi-let real estate market, acting on behalf of the M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners IV (EREIP IV) investment fund, has let 2,055 sq m of office space at Lise-Meitner-Strasse 10.1/10.2 in Ottobrunn to Airbus.

M7 acquired the property for EREIP IV only a few months ago, when it was 28% vacant. Following this new lease, the asset is now fully let.

The property has a total lettable area of around 7,250 sq m, and now has five tenants. The main tenant is Bilfinger HSG FM AS.

Ottobrunn, situated to the south of Munich, is a high-tech location, whose cluster of aerospace, energy and security companies offers good growth potential. The letting to Airbus demonstrates the location’s attractiveness to these industries.

The EREIP IV fund portfolio now comprises 77 properties, situated in Germany, Finland, the Netherlands and Ireland with a combined value of over €320 million. The Fund is expecting to have a further equity close later this year.

M7 Real Estate manages 78 properties in Germany, with a total floor area exceeding 843,000 sq m and an investment volume of ca. 478 million Euro.
