M7 extends 8,000 SQ M of office lease with SamenTwente Enschede, Netherlands for 10 years
M7 is pleased to announce that it has agreed a 10-year lease extension, on behalf of M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners IV (“M7 EREIP IV” or the “Fund”), with SamenTwente, a Dutch government organisation, at Twentehuis Enschede, an office building in Enschede, in the Netherlands.
SamenTwente has occupied Twentehuis Enschede since 2003. The 10-year lease is for 7,800 sq m across 6 floors with 178 parking spaces and will serve as its head office. With this new extension, the property will remain approximately 90% occupied with a WAULT of 10 years.
The space will be used mainly by SamenTwente, a partnership of the 14 municipalities of Twente, with a focus on health, and consisting of organisations including GGD Twente, OZJT, and Veilig Thuis Twente.
Situated at Nijverheidstraat 28-30 in Enschede, one of the main cities in the Twente region, the building is well-connected to the local area offering several attractive amenities including a semi-private parking garage, a shopping area, and a train station.
