M7 expands platform into Luxembourg and appoints Stéphane Gatto

London, 2 February 2017 – M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager which specialises in the regional, multi-let real estate market, announces that it has further expanded its platform into Luxembourg through the appointment of Stéphane Gatto, who will be based in a new M7 office in Luxembourg.

This follows the recent opening of offices in Croatia, Hungary and Slovakia. The Luxembourg office has been established to provide a dedicated accounting, financial reporting and company secretarial service for the Luxembourg domiciled entities within M7’s managed mandates.

Stéphane joins M7 from Alter Domus in Luxembourg, where he worked for more than 11 years as a Senior Manager. He has experience as a board member for various Luxembourg domiciled real estate entities, managing finance teams, Fund accounting, tax and company secretarial requirements in Luxembourg.
