M7 Real Estate complete over 27,000 sq ft of new lettings at Wingates Industrial Estate, Bolton

London, 30 January 2017 – M7 Real Estate, the pan-European investor and asset manager which specialises in the regional, multi-let real estate market, announces that, acting on behalf of a major institutional fund, it has secured the letting of over 27,000 sq ft at Wingates Industrial Estate in Bolton, Greater Manchester (“Wingates”) across two newly refurbished units.

Lux365 Ltd, have taken c. 20,000 sq ft at Units 17-18 for a term of 10 years. The units underwent a significant refurbishment in 2016, including an upgrade of flooring and full interior and exterior decoration. Printed Polythene Ltd have also taken over 7,000 sq ft at Unit 21 on a 10 year lease. Unit 15, located to the front of the estate and measuring almost 23,000 sq ft, has also undergone a significant refurbishment and is available to let.

Wingates benefits from links to the M61, connecting the M60 and M62 to the south, and A6 which provides access to central Manchester. The new tenants join an established occupier list with Hermes, Tesco and Tayto already located on site.
