VBRi Acquires UK Active Property Trust from InfraRed - M7 Real Estate

17th February 2013 – VBRi, the specialist industrial property company managed by M7 Real Estate LLP, has purchased the UK Active Property Trust from InfraRed Capital Partners, on behalf of its investors, for an undisclosed sum.

The purchase by VBRi comprises 7 assets within the remaining 3 projects held by the Trust with a passing rent of approximately £3 million pa and an ERV of £3.8 million pa. The assets provide approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of space.

The acquisition is VBRi’s first major acquisition since it successfully took over the Lear Group in July 2012.
