VBR Investments appoints M7 real estate as asset manager

4th January 2011 – VBR Investments, a special purpose vehicle created to acquire a portfolio of 16 industrial and 5 retail assets, has appointed M7 as its asset manager.

The portfolio was acquired by VBR at the end of December and has a rental income of c. £3.3 million and an ERV of circa £4 million.
