New 840 sq m lease signed at Palokankaantie, Jyväskylä, Finland

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European real estate investor and asset manager has, on behalf of M7 Real Estate European Investments Partners IV Fund (“M7 EREIP IV”), signed a long lease for circa 840 sq m of office and production premises with Aplicom Oy (“Aplicom”) at Palokankaantie 18, Jyväskylä.

The space was fully renovated by M7 for the new tenant and the lease has resulted in occupancy increasing to 95%. 115 sq m of space remains available at the 2,330 sq m property.

Aplicom is a European IoT device pioneer that designs electronics, mechanics, software and services. Aplicom’s products are used for asset tracking and fleet telematics, as well as to ensure efficient usage of resources and to minimise environmental impact. Their products are used in nearly 50 countries.

M7 EREIP IV is an M7 discretionary fund, set up for global family office, high net worth and institutional investors. The fund is invested in c. €556 million of multi-let, high yielding commercial real estate assets across Denmark, Finland, Germany and the Netherlands.
