M7 submits plans for the redevelopment of Beckton Gateway Retail Park
M7 Real Estate (“M7”) is delighted to confirm that plans have now been submitted for the proposed redevelopment of Beckton Gateway Retail Park to create over 324,000 sq ft of Grade A industrial and logistics floorspace to serve the London market.
Throughout the year, M7 has advanced plans on behalf of the Landlord to transform this strategic site into an industry-leading scheme, demonstrating the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
This scheme has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A, as well as incorporating a number of ESG initiatives, including low/zero carbon technologies, significant staff amenity space, over 21% active EV Charging spaces along with provisions for HGV electric charging and a focus on biodiversity net gain.
