M7 strengthens retail asset management capabilities with appointment of Jean-Kévin Robillard as Senior Asset Manager

M7 Real Estate, the pan-European investor and asset manager specialising in multi-tenanted properties, announces that it has strengthened its retail asset management capabilities with the appointment of Jean-Kévin Robillard as Senior Asset Manager, France, as the company continues to grow its European platform.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate and asset management sectors, Jean-Kévin joins M7 from Scaprim where he spent the past six years as a director for retail investment and asset management, leading the initial restructuring of a landmark city centre building, the Grand Hotel Dieu, in Lyon as well as the acquisition and asset management of retail parks. Jean-Kévin will be responsible for the asset management of M7’s retail assets and driving M7’s growth in the French market, especially in the retail sector, on behalf of its pan-European value add funds and separate account mandates.

Prior to joining Scaprim, Jean-Kévin spent nine years at AEW Europe in the retail asset management team, where he progressed to Associate Director. Jean-Kévin holds a degree in Business from INSEEC Grande École, Paris, and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate from IMPI, Bordeaux.
