M7 Real Estate sets up an office in Copenhagen and announces Head of Denmark

7th June 2013 – M7 Real Estate, the specialist investor and asset manager of multi-let light industrial real estate, is going to establish an office in Copenhagen. Mette Seifert has been appointed as Managing Director for the Danish business. Mette will be joining M7 on 1 August 2013 and will be responsible for developing the Danish business.

Mette has 18 years’ experience within real estate, most recently as Fund Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management Denmark where she has been for almost six years. Prior roles include being Strategic Advisor at Emcon, a Danish company delivering extensive property and building consultancy services for owners, occupiers and investors in all phases of a property or construction project, and Head of Corporate Real Estate Services at CB Richard Ellis Denmark.

Mette’s responsibilities have included developing investment and asset management strategies, optimising portfolio performance, transaction work, overseeing and coordination of asset management and property management activities together with an involvement in the financial services element relating to the various funds and segregated mandates she had responsibility for. Mette has also been heavily involved in new business development.
