M7 Real Estate lets 2,350 sq m of logistics space in Gottmadingen

Frankfurt, 22 May 2018 − M7 Real Estate (M7), the pan-European real estate investor and specialist asset manager, has let around 2,350 sq m of logistics space in Gottmadingen, near Konstanz in Baden-Wurttemberg. The new tenant of the property, at Industriepark 305, is Transco Süd GmbH Internationale Transporte.

The Gottmadingen Industrial Park has a total lettable area of ca. 40,000 sq m. This latest letting reduces the vacancy rate to less than 5%. Other tenants include Kühne & Nagel, Hotmobil and a department of the Federal Customs Administration.

M7 became the asset manager for the property in spring 2017 at which point it was 15% vacant.
