M7 fully lets a property in Kontula, Helsinki

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European real estate investor and asset manager has, on behalf of M7 Real Estate European Investments Partners IV fund (“M7 EREIP IV”), fully let Lirokuja 4, Kontula in Eastern Helsinki.

The property, which comprises circa 2,600 sq m of warehouse and office space, is now fully occupied following a new letting of approximately 880 sq m of warehouse space to Jiahe Oy (“Jiahe”).  Jiahe is an Asian food wholesaler and retailer supplying Asian goods to restaurants, grocery stores and private customers.

M7 EREIP IV is an M7 discretionary fund, set up for global family office and high net worth investors. The fund is fully invested in circa €556 million of multi-let, high yielding commercial real estate assets across Scandinavia, Germany and the Netherlands.
