M7 agrees expansion and regear with Thompsons Solicitors at Etruria Stoke

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that on behalf of M7 Real Estate Investment Holdings (“M7 REIH”), it has completed a leasing transaction with Thompsons Solicitors (“Thompsons”) extending their lease and taking larger premises at Etruria Stoke, Stoke on Trent.

Compromising two modern detached grade A office buildings totalling 30,980 sq ft, the asset is located at Festival Park, Stoke on Trent’s premier mixed-use business and retail park. The property was bought in January 2018, due to the quality of building and potential to create value with new lettings and regears.

Founded in 1921, Thompsons are regarded as the UK’s most experienced personal injury law firm. Thompsons have completed a new 10-year lease, which includes 1,760 sq ft of additional space, taking their total occupancy to just under 7,000 sq ft.
