M7 Real Estate completes 7,800 sq m lease in Bingen on the Rhine

Frankfurt, 17 November 2017 − M7 Real Estate (M7), the pan-European investor and asset manager specialising in the regional multi-let real estate market, has agreed leases for 7,830 sq m of ware-house space at Am Ockenheimer Graben 54, in Bingen on the Rhine.

The current tenant, Depotpack Lagerungsgesellschaft mbH, has extended its existing lease on 3,870 sq m and is taking a further 3,960 sq m of warehouse space in the property. The building, dating from 1992 and providing a total lettable area of 11,665 square metres, is now 81% let.

The property is part of the "Onyx" portfolio. Onyx acquired three portfolios in spring 2017 in continental Europe, with a total investment volume of €1.53 billion. The purchases included 233 commercial properties, with a total floor area of 2.9 million sq m, in Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark.

M7 is the asset manager of the property.

M7 Real Estate enters Northern Ireland with Belfast office acquisition

London, 18 July 2018 - M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, has acquired an office property at 20 Adelaide Street, Belfast for £2.4 million, on behalf of M7 Real Estate Investment Partners III (“M7 REIP III”). The asset, which comprises 21,021 sq ft, represents M7’s first investment in Northern Ireland and is being acquired from receivers Ernst and Young following a two-stage bidding process. read more

M7 Real Estate acquires €140 million of assets for EREIP IV

London, 11 July 2018 - M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan European investor and asset manager, announces that it has recently completed the acquisition of €140 million of assets on behalf of M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners IV (“M7 EREIP IV” or the “Fund”), its largest fund to date, with a further €35 million of assets expected to complete over the summer. M7 Real Estate signs six new tenants at Zagreb’s Mani Business Centre taking occupancy to 91%

Croatia, 18 June 2018 - M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan European investor and asset manager, announces that it has agreed six new lettings across circa 5,000 sq m of space at Mani Business Centre in Zagreb, Croatia. As a result of M7’s turnaround strategy for the property, the number of tenants has increased from 12 to 19, significantly improving the occupancy to 91% from 54% on acquisition.
