M7 signs 11-year lease with Heka Dental A/S, fully letting c. 8,500 sq m urban logistics unit near Copenhagen, Denmark

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that it has let c. 8,500 sq m of space at its multi-let warehouse asset, Litauen Allé 4, in Taastrup, an established distribution hub near Copenhagen, Denmark, to Heka Dental A/S, the leading supplier of dental treatment centers in Scandinavia.

Heka Dental A/S has signed an 11-year lease to occupy the entire unit, which will serve as its headquarters in Scandinavia, as well as a key distribution location. The property is also let to Salling Group, one of the largest retailers in Denmark.

Following the departure of the previous tenant, M7 undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the building to create c. 2,000 sq m of new office and welfare space. The works also included sustainability-focused improvements at the property to integrate LED lighting across the entire unit and incorporate an intelligent heating management system.

Situated in Taastrup, forming part of the Greater Copenhagen area, the property is in an established distribution location near one of the most sought-after logistics corridors in Denmark. It offers direct access to the E20 highway, benefitting from strong submarket fundamentals and excellent arterial connectivity.
