M7 renews lease with leading Portuguese food and beverage brand at Loures Property

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), a prominent pan-European specialist in regional, multi-tenanted commercial real estate, is pleased to announce the successful renegotiation of a lease agreement at its property in Loures, Portugal. The updated lease agreement, which commenced on 1st January 2025, reflects a significant rent increase of over 30%, in line with current market dynamics and the growing value of the asset.

The 9,132 sq m building is fully occupied by a leading brand in the Portuguese food and beverage market, marking the property as a single-tenant building. As part of the renewed agreement, the landlord has committed to investing approximately €330,000 in capital improvements, including key upgrades aimed at enhancing the quality of the building and the overall tenant experience.

These planned upgrades include the installation of LED lighting throughout the building and the introduction of electric vehicle (EV) chargers, further demonstrating the tenant’s commitment to sustainability and modernising the property for long-term operational efficiency.
