M7 REIH is an M7 balance sheet vehicle invested into UK commercial real estate. In addition to M7 equity and senior debt, the vehicle is funded through a listed loan note held by a number of high net worth and institutional investors.

Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth SMA

M7 acts as investment and asset manager for a separate account that has invested into four M7 managed funds and into direct real estate assets. €100 million has been committed.

Portuguese Investment Fund

PIF is a JV between Siguler Guff and M7 investing in primarily logistics and office assets in Portugal. M7 is both the investment and asset manager to PIF.

M7 is the asset manager for a separate account investing in logistics and urban logistics real estate across Europe. Initial portfolios have been acquired in France and Denmark. The portfolio will be expanded further into other European markets.
