Peter Wenzel

Peter is Managing Director of M7 Real Estate Germany and is responsible for acquisitions and asset management throughout Germany.

Peter has 15 years of real estate experience, with 10 years of international experience in the commercial real estate markets of Western Europe, CEE and the USA.

After working for PWC, Peter joined in 2007 GLL Real Estate Partners as an Asset Manager. He was responsible for a commercial real estate portfolio located in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain. After working four years at the GLL Munich office he transferred to their San Francisco location and covered the US West Coast portfolio. In 2011 he became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and acquired the California Brokers License. In 2013 he joined PGIM Real Estate in Munich, Germany taking over a commercial portfolio in CEE, Italy and Germany with the focus of selling the distressed assets in a workout process.

He focused exclusively on the German logistics market when he joined RLI Investors in 2016 where he spent the past six years, initially as a Director, responsible for deal sourcing and asset management before being promoted to Managing Director in 2019.

Peter holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Business from the Private Real Estate Business School IREBS in Munich.
