Femke van Oest

Femke is Managing Director of M7 Real Estate Netherlands and is responsible for business development and delivering performance from the assets under management.

In October 2013, M7 Real Estate and Cortona Management started a Joint Venture called M7 Cortona BV which Femke joined in 2014. This subsequently became wholly owned by M7 in January 2015.

Prior to joining M7, Femke worked at FGH Bank NV, part of RABOBANK, a leading commercial real estate bank in the Netherlands as Senior Manager, Real Estate. She was responsible for the strategic sale of portfolios and distressed assets.

Femke started her career in real estate with DTZ Zadelhoff Real Estate Management where she was responsible for facilities management as a Shopping Centre Manager. Femke then moved to MVGM Bedrijfshuisvesting as a real estate agent with a key focus on light industrial assets as well as retail. The experience at MVGM led to a role as Senior Asset Manager with Halverton Real Estate (known today as Internos Real) with a focus on the multi-let light industrial sector as well as offices.

Femke has over 20 years of experience in real estate.

Femke has a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics and Law from the Business and Economics School in Utrecht.
