M7 Real Estate lets 1,239 sq m office and warehouse space in the Netherlands to OrbusNeich

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, has let 1,239 sq m of office and warehouse space, along with 10 car parking spaces, at De Wel 22- 24 in the Netherlands to OrbusNeich, a global medical device company that develops innovative technologies for cardiovascular treatments.

OrbusNeich has signed a long-term lease to establish a high-capacity logistics centre. This new facility will play a key role in supporting the company’s operations, facilitating the final steps in the shipment of medical products across various markets.

The property is a high-specification asset with an A+ EPC rating, reflecting M7’s commitment to sustainability. Located in a prime logistics hub, the site benefits from excellent transport links, supporting OrbusNeich’s expanding global distribution network.
