VBRi Sells Units A-D Guardian Road IE, Norwich

27th June 2011 – VBRi has sold units A-D Guardian Road, Norwich for £1.3 million to Freight Force Distribution, who will owner occupy the site. The Guardian Road Industrial Estate is located on Norwich’s ring road to the west of the city centre.

VBRi has retained the balance of the estate, which consists of 14 units and 37,524 sq ft. M7 Real Estate, the asset manager of VBRi is starting a refurbishment programme to improve the Estate.

Charles Alcock the partner at M7 who managed the sale commented “The sale represented an ideal transaction for both parties and will enable VBRi to invest in the upgrading of the remaining units.”
