VBR Investments Ltd acquires Lear Group Ltd - M7 Real Estate

12th June 2012 – VBRi (the property owning entity of M7 Real Estate) has acquired the Lear Group for an undisclosed sum. The Lear Group is one of the UK’s largest privately held industrial landlords.

The group’s portfolio consists of 88 predominantly industrial assets spread across the UK and has a current rent roll of £7,300,000 pa and a full ERV of circa£9,500,000. The portfolio consists of over 700 units providing over 2,400,000 sq ft of space. M7 Real Estate LLP has been appointed by VBRi as the asset manager of the real estate portfolio.

As part of the transaction, Kevin Stevens has joined M7 Real Estate as a consultant.
