The End of Smith webinar recording

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Thursday, 13 August for The End of Smith webinar in conjunction with CREFC Europe and BPF.

Following on from his thought piece of the same title, M7’s Executive Chairman, Richard Croft, was joined by Ekaterina Avdonina (Mirastar), Duncan Macpherson (Starwood Capital) and Riaz Azadi (Eastdil Secured).

Based on his realisation that the economics principles taught at school and widely used today are, on the balance of probabilities, defunct, the webinar explored how the rules of the “economic game” have changed, with the panel will discuss the new economic age we are entering and why it is highly likely that real estate will outperform most asset classes.
