Northcreek Acquires Additional site at Penkridge

18th July 2010 – Northcreek Estates, the JV between M7 and Westbrook Partners, has acquired Access 12, Penkridge for an undisclosed sum.

Access 12 provides approximately 50,000 sq ft of space on a site area of circa 3.8 acres. The acquisition follows the purchase of the adjacent Lyne Hill Industrial Estate in February which was part of the UBS Triton portfolio.
