M7 Real Estate secures five new office lettings in Zaltbommel, the Netherlands

Amsterdam, 6th December 2017 – M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European real estate investor and asset manager, announces the completion of five new lettings for its M7 EREIP II Dutch Propco 1 B.V. fund at Hogeweg 133-141B in Zaltbommel, totalling 1,244 sq m of office space. As a result of these lettings, the occupancy of the asset, which has undergone an active asset management program involving the upgrade and modernisation of the internal and external space, has increased to 77% from 37% since January 2017.

Design Solutions B.V., a provider of 3D printing software, hardware and servicing, has taken approximately 716 sq m of space; employment agencies AB Midden Nederland U.A. and Olympia Nederland B.V. have leased circa 135 sq m and 123 sq m respectively; American Orthodontics B.V., a supplier of medical dental instruments and laboratory supplies, will occupy approximately 135 sq m; and Merkator B.V., a service company for geographic information systems, has taken circa 135 sq m.

Flexas B.V. brokered the lease with Merkator. The remaining transactions were arranged by RSP Makelaars ’s-Hertogenbosch C.V.
