M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V. rents 2.500 sq m in Groningen to PostNL

M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V. has completed a lease with PostNL at Eemsgolaan 1-3 in Groningen on behalf of its fund M7 EREIP II Dutch Propco 1.

PostNL (the provider of solutions for post and logistics) has rented approximately 2,500 sq m of office space and 56 parking spaces on Eemsgolaan 1-3 in Groningen for a medium term.

This transaction follows the extensions of the rental agreements with TNO and CGI (logica Netherlands B.V.) earlier this year. Both companies have been tenants in the building for a long time.

With these transactions the occupancy rate of the building has increased to 83%. In addition to the existing facilities M7 will equip the lobby on the ground floor with a coffee bar and catering facility for the benefit of the tenants.

This lease transaction has been closed by M7 Real Estate in collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield. PostNL was represented by NESK. The extensions with CGI and TNO have been established independently by M7 Real Estate Netherlands.
