M7 Real Estate lets 5,300 sq ft of office accommodation in Wigan

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager specialising in multi-tenanted regional real estate, has let 5,341 sq ft of office space at Waterside House, Wigan to NR Barton, a firm of Chartered Accountants.

NR Barton has been established for over 70 years and is a leading accountancy firm with over 40 staff based in Wigan. A new 10 year lease at £13 psf, subject to a break in year 5, has been agreed on the first floor. This is the first letting for the asset since the previous tenant, who occupied the majority of the building, went into administration earlier in 2020.

Waterside House is a modern office building comprising 30,799 sq ft over three storeys and is considered one of the best office buildings in Wigan, due to its location, specification and associated car parking.
