M7 Real Estate lets 4,000 sq m of office and warehouse space in Frankfurt

London, 4 May 2016 – M7 Real Estate, acting on behalf of its joint venture MStar Europe, has let around 4,000 sq m of production, warehouse and office space in a commercial park at Adam-Opel-Strasse 10-14, Frankfurt, to three companies.

New to the site is MMS Mietmöbel-Service GmbH, which has taken some 2,200 sq m, comprising 1,800 sq m of warehouse and 400 sq m of office space. This deal was brokered by agents Master Immobiliengesellschaft mbH.

The company Vinehouse.de, which has agreed a lease of 900 sq m in the commercial park, is to op-erate a wholesale business there.

Qdrei OHG has taken a further 900 sq m of space in the property, enlarging its unit to 3,800 sq m.

Other new occupiers of the asset, which was built between 1970 and 1973 and modernised in 2002, include the firms Alfapack and Asimex. The property comprises five detached buildings, each provid-ing warehouse/production and office space, plus a separate office building. The total lettable area of ca. 30,000 sq m comprises 24,000 of production/warehouse space and 6,000 sq m of offices. There are around 150 parking spaces on the site.

M7 Real Estate currently manages 61 properties in Germany, with a total floor area of around 361,500 sq m and an investment volume of c. €270 million.
