M7 Real Estate leases 2,190 sq m of office space in Maastricht to Medace
M7 Real Estate (“M7”) the pan European investor and asset manager has, on behalf of one of its funds, M7 Islay, completed a lease agreement for 2,190 sq m of office and parking spaces with Medace at Gaetano Martinolaan 63 in Maastricht for a 12-year term.
Gaetano Martinolaan 63 is a 12,196 sq m high quality office building built over six floors and is situated on the established Randwyck-Noord business park. It is located close to the A2 motorway, with a railway station and bus stop within walking distance, providing good access to Eindhoven, Utrecht and Amsterdam.
The lease commences on 1 January 2020 prior to which the tenant (in close cooperation with VILS & Jansen cleanrooms) will transform the majority of the area into laboratories and clean rooms. M7 is undertaking a capex programme which includes the upgrade of the entrance and renewal of the air conditioning system.
Medace offers a full-service work/study infrastructure as well as a complete ISO-certified quality management system including clean rooms, equipment, training and professionals which facilitates its clients (primarily academics and entrepreneurs) to develop their medical prototype into a product themselves.
