M7 Real Estate extends lease on 18,000 sq m to Hornbach in Braunschweig (Brunswick) - M7 Real Estate

Frankfurt, 29 May 2017 − M7 Real Estate (M7), the pan-European investor and asset manager that specialises in the regional, multi-let real estate market, has extended an existing lease to Hornbach, on 18,000 sq m in Braunschweig (Brunswick) for a further twelve years.

The property, at Fabrikstrasse 2, which is exclusively occupied by Hornbach, is part of the M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners I (M7 EREIP I) investment fund.

M7 EREIP I, which was launched in 2015, is a value-add oriented fund, aimed at high net worth inves-tors. It currently owns 30 properties, with a total lettable area of around 87,000 sq m.
