M7 Real Estate appoints Philipp Jakubowicz as Co-Head of Asset Management Germany

Frankfurt, 11 July 2017 – M7 Real Estate (M7), a pan-European investor and asset manager specialised in multi-let real estate, has appointed Philipp Jakubowicz (41) as Co-Head of Asset Management, Germany. This reflects the strong growth in M7’s German real estate portfolio which now has assets under management of €1.4 billion comprising 189 properties.

Together with his co-head, Alfred Garbe (35), he will lead the twelve-strong asset management team and have responsibility for the performance of the German real estate assets managed by M7. Philipp Jakubowicz is based in Frankfurt and will be responsible for the Frankfurt and Dusseldorf offices while Alfred Garbe is responsible for the Berlin, Hanover and Stuttgart offices. Both report directly to M7’s German Managing Director Alyssa Huse.

Philipp Jakubowicz, is a graduate of the European Business School (London) and has worked for M7 since the start of 2016. He has over 15 years’ professional experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining M7, he was Transaction and Lease Manager at Siemens Real Estate where he was responsible for the group’s own commercial property.
