M7 Opens Glasgow Office - M7 Real Estate

22nd October 2013 – M7 Real Estate, the specialist industrial asset manager, has opened an office in Glasgow. The office is headed by M7 Director Matthew Cheyne, who is also the company’s Head of UK Asset Management.

M7 has recently hired Euan Burns as a senior asset manager for Scotland. Euan has joined from Hansteen and is based in the new Glasgow office. M7’s Scottish portfolio currently consists of 25 assets, providing 1.156m sq ft of space in 265 units making M7 one of Scotland’s largest industrial landlords.

Matthew Cheyne said “With an established and growing Scottish portfolio, it is a logical step to provide a local asset management capability. We are delighted to welcome Euan to our team.”

Euan Burns added, “ I am delighted to have joined M7 at such an exciting time for the company as it grows and it cements its position as one of the UK’s leading industrial landlords”.
