M7 Makes Seven New Appointments

4th September 2012 – The partners of M7 Real Estate LLP are pleased to announce seven new appointments.

Nick Freeborn and Will Hunting have joined the firm as Asset Managers. Nick, previously with JLL, will be working with M7 Partner Charles Alcock on the VBRi Portfolio. Will, previously with Aitchison Rafferty, will be working with Matthew Cheyne, the M7 Partner running M7’s joint venture with Europa Fund III, The Light Industrial Property Partnership.

Trevor Payton and Jodie Butler have joined M7’s finance team. Trevor joins from the Lear Group, where he was the Finance Director. Jodie has joined as an accountant and will report to Trevor, who in turn will report to Andrew Jenkins, the M7 Finance Partner.

Andrew Smith, who previously was the Estates Director of both the Lear Group and SouthWest Properties Ltd, has joined M7 as a consultant. He will be working with Charles Alcock on both the Lear and SouthWest portfolios, following their acquisition by VBRi Ltd, the M7 balance sheet vehicle.

Elizabeth Sims has joined M7 as a personal assistant to the Partners. In addition, Kelly Johnson has joined the company as a receptionist and an administration assistant.
