M7 London HQ moves to The Monument Building

London, 17 July 2017 – M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager which specialises in the regional, multi-let real estate market, announces that is has moved into its new office space at The Monument Building, 11 Monument Street, London.

The space totalling 22,236 sq ft (2,066 sq m) is over two floors and has been taken to accommodate M7’s expanding business. With operations in 13 countries and circa €4.1 billion assets under management it currently employs over 180 staff of which 77 are based in London.
