M7 Real Estate (“M7”) the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that it has let the largest vacant unit at Wednesbury Trading Estate, Wednesbury, on behalf of Curzon Capital Partners V Long-Life LP, to an existing occupier, The Cotswold Company (UK) Ltd.
Wednesbury Trading Estate is located approximately ten miles to the North West of Birmingham and comprises 50 industrial units of varying sizes totalling c. 437,500 sq ft. The new letting of an 8,775 sq ft unit to an established strong covenant is a testament to the good quality multi-let industrial accommodation, excellent location and strong local occupational market. As such, the asset continues to perform well and is attracting strong interest in the remaining vacant units.
Sadie Fitzpatrick, Senior Asset Manager at M7 Real Estate commented: “Despite the challenging conditions COVID-19 presents to secure tenants, we are pleased to have let our biggest vacancy within an extremely short time frame – just five days from agreement to occupation.
“Not only has this strengthened our already positive relationship with one of our existing occupiers but it also demonstrates the efficiency and quality of M7’s asset management to deliver results for our clients and investors in a tough environment.”
