M7 is Launched - M7 Real Estate

15th April 2009 – The partnership has been formed to create one of the UK’s leading specialist industrial real estate investment houses. The partnership currently consists of twelve partners providing a complete spectrum of real estate investment management skills.

The partnership will be led by Richard Croft, Taco de Groot and Teresa Gilchrist who prior to joining M7 were the senior management of GPT Halverton. They will be joined on the board of the new business by Jack Thoms and Matthew Cheyne.

The Partnership has been structured to provide four key divisions, Real Estate (Transaction Management & Asset Management), Investment Management (Fund and Debt Structuring and Management), Information Technology and Finance.

The Partners within the Real Estate team have over 120 years experience in the industrial sector in the UK and across Europe with firms that include iOG and Halverton.

The partnership will be making further announcements shortly with regard to its business development.
