M7 fully lets i2 Centre in Nottinghamshire with Medtech lease

London, 16 November 2018 – M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that it has fully leased the i2 Centre in Oakham Business Park, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire following the completion of a 8,700 sq ft letting to Getinge UK Limited (“Getinge”), a subsidiary of one of the world’s leading medical technology companies.

Getinge has taken a 10 year lease to accommodate its recent expansion at the 51,298 sq ft multi-let regional office building, which was acquired by M7 on behalf of a fund in 2014. M7 identified the asset as a strong regional office building due to its locally unrivalled grade A specification as well as its asset management potential, given the nearly 30% vacancy rate on acquisition. Since the acquisition, M7 has attracted a number of high profile tenants to the building including Senior Salmon and Devere & Partners.
