M7 completes double industrial open storage lettings at Workington

M7 Real Estate Ltd (“M7”), on behalf of The Ardent Companies, is pleased to announce the successful completion of two industrial open storage lettings at the Great Bear Facility in Lillyhall, Workington. Local Cumbria operators, M&I Travel and Lakes Loos, have secured co-terminus leases extending until 2028. Situated adjacent to the Great Bear Distribution Centre, the compounds offer a tarmac finish and high-security fencing, ideally located near Workington town centre and the A595.
