M7 appoints Jane Blore as Asset Manager

M7 Real Estate has appointed Jane Blore as an Asset Manager with specific responsibility for managing the Alternative Income REIT PLC (“AIRE”). M7 was appointed as Investment Adviser to AIRE in May 2020.

Jane brings a wealth of knowledge to M7 with a real estate career spanning over 30 years. She joins from the East of England Co-operative Society where, as a Portfolio Manager, she managed circa 650 assets across all commercial real estate sectors. Prior to this, Jane has run her own business, worked at Prudential Property Investment Managers, headed Business Space at AMP Asset Management/Henderson Global Investors, cut her teeth at Hillier Parker May & Rowden (now CBRE) and started her career at Strutt & Parker.

Jane’s wide experience across all sectors of real estate investment, acquisition, valuation, fund and asset management from both an investor and occupational viewpoint gives her a unique perspective to deliver performance and she will be a valuable addition to the M7 team.
