M7 agrees expansion and regear with Thompsons Solicitors at Etruria Stoke.

M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan European investor and asset manager announces that, on behalf of Real Estate Investment Holdings, it has completed a leasing transaction with Thompsons Solicitors (“Thompsons”) which sees their demise extended by 33% and their lease extended at Etruria Stoke, Stoke on Trent.

The asset comprises two modern detached grade A office buildings totalling 30,980 sq ft which are located on Festival Park, Stoke on Trent’s premier mixed use business and retail park. The property was brought in January 2018, due to the quality of building and potential to create value with new lettings and regears.

Thompsons were founded in 1921 and are regarded as the UK’s most experienced personal injury law firm. Thompsons have completed a new 10 year lease, which includes 1,760 sq ft of additional space, taking their total occupancy to just under 7,000 sq ft.
