M7 shortlisted for “Entrepreneur of the Year” and “Fund Manager of the Year” for Property Awards 2019

M7 Real Estate is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted for both the “Entrepreneur of the Year” and “Fund Manager of the Year” titles for the esteemed Property Awards run by Property Week. This follows our success at the 2018 Property Awards where M7 was named “Fund Manager of the Year” and recognises the continued growth and success of the business as we celebrate 10 years since the launch of M7 in 2009.

2018 was an extremely active year for M7, during which we delivered another year of excellent growth, fund performance and capital raising, as well as significantly expanding our global investor base, launching our first dedicated French fund, entering Northern Ireland and setting a new headline rent for UK industrial.

Having doubled assets under management in 2017, we significantly increased AUM by a further 60% in 2018 to c.€8bn. Over the past few years, we have more than tripled the size of the assets we manage on behalf a growing number of international investors from c.€2.5bn to c.€8bn.
