M7 Real Estate partners with CREation

London, 4th May 2018 – M7 Real Estate (“M7”) is pleased to announce that it has become a partner to CREation, the free-to-join, inclusive property networking group.

Founded by graduates Harri John and Rosanna Lawn, CREation brings together young professionals starting their careers in property through a programme of quarterly events and networking opportunities.

Launched in January 2018, the non-profit initiative attracted over 300 property professionals from over 90 different companies at their first event.

M7 acquires Westlink Industrial Estate Dublin for €13.9 million

London, 5th December 2018 – M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that it has purchased Westlink, a large multi-let industrial estate on the Kylemore Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 in the Republic of Ireland, on behalf of an M7 managed fund. The asset has been acquired from a private investor in an off market transaction for a total of €13,870,000, which equates to €72.36 psf and reflects a Net Initial Yield of just under 7%. read more
