M7 and Kimia Benam Architects win Belfast Property Awards Commercial Fit-Out of the Year - M7 Real Estate

M7 Real Estate is delighted to announce that 20 Adelaide Street, Belfast took top honours at the Belfast Property Awards on Friday night, winning the Commercial Fit-Out of the Year Award. Kimia Benam Architects Ltd and M7 emerged as winners for the extensive refurbishment of the property on a night that saw 17 total awards presented with fierce competition from across the capital.

Located in the heart of the Linen Quarter, the Grade A 20,000 sq ft office building is the first project in Northern Ireland for M7 and was purchased in July 2018 on behalf of the M7 REIP III fund. The refurbishment was completed in August 2019. The most striking features of the project include the sculpted double height atrium, illuminated entrance lobby and modern, flexible floorplates.
