M7 has a very experienced team, headquartered in London, with many of the senior management having worked together for between 10 and 20 years.

John Murnaghan is a Director and Head of UK & Ireland Real Estate at M7. He oversees the UK and Irish portfolio and asset management strategies, develops the business plan and leads new business initiatives to enhance value and sustainability for the company and its capital partners.

James Smith has recently joined the M7 Asset Management team where he reports directly to John Murnaghan. James is responsible for the day-to-day asset management of the Irish and Northern Irish property portfolios, in addition to exploring new acquisition opportunities that could be added to existing and new fund structures. James is based in Dublin.
