M7 achieves full occupancy at North City Business Park with letting to Sunvolt

M7 Real Estate has completed a new letting at D24 North City Business Park in Finglas, Dublin, securing a five-year FRI lease with Sunvolt Limited, a leading provider of solar energy solutions.

The deal brings M7’s ownership within the park to 100% occupancy and reflects continued demand for well-located, high-spec industrial space in the area.

Extending to c. 3,094 sq ft, the unit underwent a light refurbishment ahead of marketing, including cosmetic upgrades, enhancements to the warehouse, and a significant BER (Building Energy Rating / EPC) improvement from D1 to B1. The space attracted strong interest, with Sunvolt ultimately selecting the unit for its energy efficiency, modern specification, and strategic location just off the M50.
