Our two-year rotational graduate scheme offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in three core areas of our business: investment management, asset management, and transactions. You’ll gain direct experience, working alongside industry experts and developing a well-rounded skill set that will set you up for lasting success.

During the program, we’ll support you in earning your MRICS investing in your professional growth from day one. You’ll also be paired with a mentor to guide and advise you throughout your career at M7.
